Fishing the flats for redfish is first on the list, but the day also includes lots of sheepshead. Mariko gets a full workout as she and Mike find just the right spots. And prepare your taste buds as Mariko samples some of America's favorite comfort food — macaroni and cheese. At the MacOff, dozens of restaurants offer their take on this cheesy delight. And Chef Fred Neuville from the Fat Hen Restaurant teaches Mariko about the region's low country style of cooking. Flounder Nicoise, Shrimp and Crab Hoppin' John and a salad with boiled peanuts are on the menu. Yummm!
